Position Overview:
As an Order Happiness Hero, you are at the heart of our customer experiencemaking sure every order is picked, packed, and shipped with care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Receive incoming inventory and organize stock
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Ensure all packages meet quality and presentation standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team in meeting daily fulfillment goals
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed and stand on feet all day
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus (but not required)
