What You'll Do
- Set up and operate laser cutting equipment
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality
- Utilize Mastercam programming software
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating laser cutting machines
- Experience with or knowledge of Mastercam programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Dependable work ethic and strong safety mindset
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
