Automotive Service Advisor

SERVICE ADVISOR - CAREY FORD

Carey Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Carey, Ohio.

We are a locally owned Ford dealership that believes in taking care of our customers, treating employees with respect, and creating a positive work environment. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and understands that great customer service is the key to a successful service department.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle service and repair needs
• Write and manage repair orders from start of finish
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommend repairs, pricing, and completion times
• Work closely with our technicians and Service Manager
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
• Help schedule appointments and maintain an efficient service workflow
• Assist customers with Ford warranty and recall repairs
• Build long-term relationships with our customers
• Help create a team-oriented environment within the service department

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, professional, and organized
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive service or dealership experience is preferred, but will consider someone with excellent customer-service skills and the willingness to learn
• Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
