General Housekeeping

Agnes Angel Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated General Housekeeping team member to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces in Houston, TX.

As a General Housekeeping professional, you will support day-to-day cleaning and upkeep to ensure homes and living areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. You’ll work with care and consistency, following established procedures to deliver reliable results for clients.

This role is full-time and hybrid, based in Houston, TX, and is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail, values dependable work, and enjoys contributing to a positive home experience.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and organizing common areas

• Change linens, restock supplies as needed, and maintain tidy, presentable living spaces

• Clean bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly using appropriate cleaning methods and safe practices

• Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and specific client or site instructions

• Maintain attention to detail, communicate task status clearly, and support a respectful client experience

• Ability to perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks reliably and consistently

• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and quality standards

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment

• Comfortable working full-time and managing day-to-day responsibilities effectively

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused, professional attitude

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or residential cleaning

• Familiarity with housekeeping checklists and quality-control expectations

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards

• Experience handling cleaning products safely and appropriately

• Flexibility to support varying cleaning needs across assigned areas

Hourly rate: $19 - $40
