Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
Lead foremen: Set the example; teach, coach, and mentor; advise ondaily and project operations.
Workforce planning: Staff assigned crews; forecast workforce needs; assist with hiring and retention.
Communication: Coordinate and collaborate with field crews and office personnel; address customer, client, and vendor needs.
Field supervision: Lead site visits; inspect sites; maintain project schedule; manage costs.
