If so, we'd love to hear from you!About the Role A JARS Curbside Associate is a key part of our in-store sales team, focused entirely on preparing and fulfilling orders for curbside pick-up and delivery dispatch. This is an in-store position with no driving required. You will play a critical role in making sure every order is packaged accurately, compliantly, and ready to go - ensuring a seamless experience for every JARS customer.Job DutiesPackage and prepare customer orders for curbside pick-up and delivery dispatch with accuracy and efficiencyVerify that all order contents are complete, correctly labeled, and meet CRA compliance standards prior to fulfillmentAssist curbside customers with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional demeanorVerify customer identification and information per CRA rules and regulations at pick-upAccurately verify cash amounts and process payment during curbside transactions when applicableCoordinate with the dispatch team to ensure delivery orders are packaged and ready on timeManage and maintain proper documentation associated with order fulfillment and ensure records are complete and organizedPromote JARS customer perks including the Loyalty Program, referrals, and promotionsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace throughout each shiftEscalate customer issues to upper management when appropriateMaintain a positive, caring attitude and treat customers and co-workers with respectRespond to customer and coworker needs in a timely and appropriate mannerFollow all JARS company policies and procedures in all on-the-job interactionsWork scheduled shifts and adhere to the company's attendance policyRequirementsMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, sales, or hospitality environmentKnowledge of cannabis strains and applications preferredMust be able to handle fast-paced situations and multi-task effectivelyExceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsBasic math skills requiredStrong attention to detail and CRA compliance rules and regulationsWork Schedule & Physical DemandsIn-store position - no driving requiredRequires prolonged standing and frequent back-and-forth movement within the storeFrequent contact with customers and staff throughout shiftsVaried hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and events as needed8, 10, and 12 hour shifts availableJob Type: Full-time, Part-timePay: HourlyWhy JARS Cannabis?At JARS Cannabis, our values of Impact, Daring, Nimble, Playful, and Gritty are at the heart of everything we do.
