Responsibilities
- Complete work listed on each repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and provide accurate estimates of the time required for recommended repairs so customers can make informed decisions.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

- GM experience preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania vehicle inspection license required.
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn new vehicle technology, repair procedures, service specifications, and electronic diagnostic equipment.
