Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics in daily operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
