Schedule:10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Dedicated Overnight Shift

Openwork is hiring an experienced Overnight Warehouse Lead for a well-established company opening a new Houston location. With more than 60 years in business and 29+ locations nationwide, our client offers a stable environment with opportunities for professional and leadership growth.
We're looking for a dependable, positive, hands-on leader who can guide a warehouse team, keep operations organized, and help employees succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and support warehouse employees.
- Conduct shift-start briefings and communicate daily priorities.
- Keep workflow organized and employees on task.
- Inspect and process returned materials following quality procedures.
- Build and prepare flight kits for United Airlines.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing airline laundry (no washing involved).
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports.
- Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Remain standing and active for 8+ hours.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience.
- 1–2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude with an interest in coaching and developing others.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements.
- Must understand and be committed to working a dedicated overnight shift.
