Job Description
A well-established employer in Burlington, NC, is seekingAssembly & Shipping Associatesto support its assembly and shipping operations. In this role, you will assist with assembling products, preparing orders for shipment, and completing general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on position for candidates who can work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Assembleproducts or components according to work instructions and quality expectations
- Preparefinished products and customer orders for packing and shipment
- Inspectmaterials and completed work for accuracy, quality, and damage
- Organizeproducts, materials, and work areas to support efficient daily operations
- Followestablished workplace procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to perform general assembly, packing, shipping, and warehouse-related duties
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Availability for overtime and occasional Saturday work as business needs require

The base pay range for this position is$13.50excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
