Retail Front Desk Associate

Mulch Solutions LLC is currently seeking a dedicated Retail Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various tasks, including answering phones, payment processing, utilizing spreadsheets, computer skills, email marketing, social media posting, and creating marketing materials. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, as the role involves assisting customers in finding the right products and quantities to meet their needs.

$17 - $20 hourly

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Processing payments accurately
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and computer skills
• Creating and sending email blasts
• Managing social media posts and marketing materials
• Operating a loader to fulfill customer material orders
• Working on Saturdays
• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to understand and navigate conversations about products
• Willingness to undergo training
