Farmers Insurance Sales Representative

We’re building a high-performance Farmers Insurance agency in College Station, and we’re looking for a competitive, driven salesperson who wants to win and be rewarded for it.

This is not a sit-around-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring position. We provide leads, systems, training, and opportunities. Your job is to work the opportunities, build relationships, close business, and help clients protect what matters most.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
