Schedule:Monday – Friday,6:00 AM –2:30 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate:$35per hour

Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading ready-mix concrete supplier to hire a Maintenance Electrician to support plant operations by troubleshooting andmaintainingelectrical systems and production equipment. This role involves reading and interpreting electrical schematics/blueprints, working with 3-phase power, motor controls, transformers, and PLCs, and completing repairs accurately and safely to keep production running on time.

Electrician Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on plant equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on motors, drives, panels, sensors, and control systems to support consistent production.
  • Work with 3-phase power, 480V systems, transformers, and electrical distribution components in an industrial environment.
  • Install, repair, andmodifywiring, conduit, breakers, and electrical panels per electrical codes, prints, and work instructions.
  • Support motor controls (contactors, starters, VFDs) andassistwith PLC-related troubleshooting (I/O checks, fault tracing, sensor verification).
  • Document repairs, PM work, and parts used; communicate issues and recommendations to maintenance/productionleadership, andassistduring shutdowns/OT/Saturdays as needed.

Electrician Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing/plant environment (not just residential/commercial).
  • Proven hands-on experience with 3-phase power, high voltage (up to 480V), and electrical distribution systems.
  • Strong knowledge of motor controls (contactors, starters, relays, VFDs) and ability to troubleshoot motors and drives.
  • Experience troubleshootingPLCsand control circuits (I/O checks, sensors, fault tracing); ability to read electrical prints/schematics.
  • Skilled with electrical test equipment (multimeter, amp clamp, megger preferred) and strong safety mindset (LOTO/OSHA practices).
