Office Assistant

We are seeking to add an Office Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for website data entry, customer file maintenance, and some clerical work.

Responsibilities:

• Updating pricing and website content
• Updating customer files
• Filing and records organization
• Review and enter data updates
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Purchase order expediting
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Our company has been successful for over 25 years helping the biggest names in aerospace, medical device, pharmaceutical, and electronics manufacturing. We provide production supplies for clean room, static control, and electronics manufacturing. We support the Southern California market out of our Irvine warehouse providing Just-In-Time delivery services.
