Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Brook Park
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm., 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate:$17/hr to start, eligible for raise after 30 days of consistent on-time arrival and meeting skill
requirements.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and a Nationwide Background Check
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic hand tool/power tool experience to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts using air tools, power tools, and hand tools.
- Read and interpret basic instructions
- Assist in material prep, fitting, and assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reada tape measureand use hand tools and power tools
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Physical ability tolift upto 50lbsand stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
