Role Summary

At Layne’s, we set the bar highand keep raising it. Our Shift Managers lead by example, coach in the moment, and bring energy and fun to every shift. Your mission is to deliver hot food fast, provide exceptional guest service, and help create a “Perfect Every Time” experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts.
• Be proficient in all hourly roles and POS functions.
• Manage labor and maintain operational awareness.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met.
• Use checklists and tools to run a smooth, consistent shift.
• Handle guest interactions with positivity and professionalism.
• Complete shift paperwork and hold the team accountable.
• Promote a fun, team-first culture.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering excellence.
• Ability to coach and teach others.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of fast-food or shift leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability.
