Join an established outpatient eye care practice in Springfield, Vermont, offering a full-time opportunity with a predictable schedule, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. This role provides long-term stability within a patient-focused practice serving a broad community.

Practice Overview:


  • Join an established outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages
  • Provide comprehensive eye care including routine exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, and vision correction
  • Supportive clinical team and streamlined workflows designed to maximize time with patients
  • Fully outpatient role with no inpatient responsibilities or emergency coverage

Schedule:


  • Four-day workweek with predictable clinic hours
  • No call and no weekend requirements

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Guaranteed base salary of up to 170,000 based on experience
  • Up to 10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements:


  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
  • Patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
