Production & Packaging Associate - 4-Day Workweek

Looking for a full-time job with a 4-day workweek? We are hiring Production & Packaging Associates for a beauty and personal care manufacturing facility in Idaho Falls.

This is a hands-on position working with a team to fill, label, inspect, package, and prepare beauty products for shipment. Previous manufacturing experience is not required. If you're dependable, ready to work, and willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Fill, cap, label, and package bottles and containers
• Work on a fast-paced production and packaging line
• Inspect products and packaging for quality
• Pack finished products into boxes
• Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment
• Move materials and finished products throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work with your team to meet production goals
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and ready to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to stand throughout a 10-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate in English OR Spanish
• Production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Experience with filling machines, conveyors, cappers, labelers, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• 4-day workweek
• 10-hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedules available

Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Pay: $27,040 - $29,120/year

($13.00–$14.00 per hour)
Schedule: Full-Time | 10-Hour Shifts | 4 Days Per Week
