What You’ll Do
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and schedule payments.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Payroll: Provide payroll info to our 3rd party payroll company.
- General Accounting: Perform bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and assist with basic financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Proven track record with AP, AR, and payroll processing.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and dependable work ethic.
