Branch Manager HR Recruiting Operations

$18–$21/hour + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time

We Staff Better is looking for a driven, competitive Operations Manager to lead our Zanesville location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a team, clear goals, and the ability to directly impact business results.

What you'll own:

• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable
• Drive weekly and monthly performance goals
• Manage day-to-day operations and priorities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Interview, select, and onboard new employees
• Solve problems quickly and keep the operation moving
• Track results and adjust when the numbers aren't where they need to be
• Help grow the location and its customer base

Management experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced environment is welcome. Industry experience is not required.
