Shop Foreman Pay: $38-$49per hour DOE
Shift:Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, must be able to work overtime

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experiencedShop Foremanto oversee operations in a heavy fabrication environment specializing inplate forming, rolling, and welding of cylinders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing anASME or similar vessel/fabrication shopand a strong understanding of the completeroll-and-weld process. Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily shop operations involving plate forming, rolling, fitting, and welding.
- Lead fabrication crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
- Oversee the forming and rolling of heavy steel plate into cylinders.
- Manage the completeroll-and-weld process, from plate preparation and forming through welding and final fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld procedures, and project specifications.
- Ensure proper plate layout, fit-up, rolling, welding, and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet production schedules.
- Monitor quality and ensure work meets applicable codes and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot fabrication and production issues and provide practical solutions.
- Train, coach, and provide direction to shop personnel.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment.
Qualifications- Plate forming/rolling experience is required.
- Provenroll-and-weld cylinder fabrication experience is required.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor in heavy fabrication is preferred.
- Experience managing anASME or similar vessel shopis highly preferred.
- Experience withAPI 2B or AWS D1.1 welding standardsis a plus.
- ASME welding experience is beneficial butnot required.
- Strong understanding of heavy plate fabrication, cylinder forming, welding, and fit-up.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
