Baker

Legendary Doughnuts in Covington, WA is looking for one baker to join our team. We are located on 27235 172 Nd Ave Se #109. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

This position is an evening/ over night position with a flexible start time between 8pm-10pm

5 days a week 5-8 hrs a night depending on the make.

Weekends ( fri, sat) are required.

3 of the nights are typically working solo with 2 of the busier nights working with another baker.

Reliability and self directed is a must.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form doughnuts
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Ice, glaze, and baked goods
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Baker a plus but not necessary
