Aurora Medical Spa : Leander, TX
Applies to: All candidates in or near Leander, TX
Use case: Full-time front desk and operations role at our Leander location
Purpose
Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a full-time Spa Coordinator for our Leander, TX location - our newest addition to the Aurora family in Texas. This is an opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up, with the full backing of a brand that has spent nearly two decades earning trust across Missouri, Colorado and Texas.
About Aurora Medical Spa : Leander
Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country - and Aurora just arrived.
Aurora Medical Spa was founded in 2006 in Des Peres, MO, and has expanded thoughtfully across Missouri and Texas by doing one thing consistently: delivering a high standard of aesthetic care in a culture that genuinely values its people. Our Georgetown location, just down the road, has built a loyal following in Williamson County since 2019 - and our Leander location, which opened in summer 2026, is the natural next step for a community that's ready for it.
Leander's growth has brought a health-conscious, community-oriented client base that values quality providers and personalized experiences. This is a location where the Spa Coordinator won't just be managing a front desk - they'll be helping establish Aurora's presence and reputation in a market that's paying attention.
We are a certified Great Place to Work®, and that culture travels with every location we open. You'll find the same investment in people, the same collaborative team dynamic, and the same commitment to an exceptional client experience that defines every Aurora location.
Joining Aurora Leander at this stage means your contributions matter from day one. The culture you help build, the client experience you help define, and the relationships you cultivate will shape what Aurora looks like in this community for years to come.
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for daily operations and client experience at our Leander clinic. As Spa Coordinator, you are the connective tissue between our clients, our providers, and the clinical schedule - the person who keeps the day running smoothly while making every client feel like the visit was designed around them.
You will manage scheduling with precision, coordinate treatment flow, handle financial transactions, and lead membership and retail conversations with confidence. Equally important is your presence as a cultural contributor - someone who adds to the team environment, communicates professionally, and takes genuine ownership of the client experience from check-in to check-out.
Who Thrives in This Role
Aurora's best Spa Coordinators share a few qualities that set them apart - here is what we look for in Leander.
Operationally Precise
You manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without losing accuracy or professionalism. Scheduling, documentation, and follow-through are areas where you hold yourself to a high standard - because you understand that operational reliability is the foundation of a great client experience.
Genuinely Client-Centered
You are naturally warm and attentive, and you take real ownership of how clients feel throughout their visit -85 whether it is their first appointment or their fiftieth. You don't just greet people; you make them feel expected, valued, and well cared for.
Confident in Sales Conversations
You can discuss services, memberships, and retail products with knowledge and ease, guiding clients toward decisions that are right for them without pressure or awkwardness. You understand that education and trust do the selling.
A Collaborative Team Member
You add to the team environment rather than simply working in it. You support your providers, communicate clearly and professionally, and contribute to a culture that Leander clients will notice and remember.
Growth-Oriented
You are open to feedback, take ownership of your development, and approach this role as a career opportunity - not just a position. Aurora invests in people who invest in themselves.
