Training Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions
• Deliver instructor-led classroom and hands-on production training
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and power tools
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback
• Administer skills assessments and track training results
• Reinforce safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate and schedule employee training activities
• Prepare training reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating employees
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on instruction
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience
• Ability to work on the production floor and in a training environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
