We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Ranch Maintenance & Caretaker to help oversee and maintain a private ranch property near Alvin, Texas.
This is ideal for someone experienced with ranch work, property maintenance, equipment operation, and general caretaking responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- General ranch and property maintenance
- Mowing, brush clearing, and fence repairs
- Monitoring and maintaining gates, roads, ponds, and buildings
- Basic handyman and repair work
- Equipment operation and maintenance (tractor, mower, UTV, etc.)
- Animal care assistance if needed
- Property inspections and reporting issues promptly
- Keeping the ranch clean, secure, and well maintained
- Assisting with vendors, deliveries, and contractors when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior ranch, farm, landscaping, or property maintenance experience
- Ability to operate tractors and basic ranch equipment
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair skills preferred
- Dependable transportation
- Honest, responsible, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
