We are looking for a passionate bilingual Registered Behavior Technician RBT who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team.

What you'll do• Implement individualized ABA programs 1:1 with children and young adults on the autism spectrum
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Build genuine and trusting relationships with clients and families
• Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking families as needed
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA
• Help clients develop meaningful skills while celebrating progress, both big and small

What we're looking forActive RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with support
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Reliable transportation
