ThepositionforSeniorProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectrical, frommarketingthroughprojectcloseoutandcustomerfollowup.Qualifiedcandidates will haveasuccessfultrackrecorddemonstratingacompleteunderstandingofproject managementresponsibilities,includingprofit,supervision,customerrelations,fiscal, andcontractmanagement.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• SupervisemultipleProjectManagerswhoaremanagingmultipleprojects.
• Manageupto$30million-dollarelectricalconstructionprojectsormultiplelarge projectssimultaneously.
• Decision-makingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance.
• Accountabilityforprojectplanning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure.
• Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports.
• Monitorandcontrolprojectthroughadministrativedirectionofon-siteforementoensureprojectiscompletedonscheduleandwithinbudget.
• Initiateandmaintainliaisonwithownersandothercontactstofacilitate projectactivities.
• Planaheadtopreventproblemsandresolveanyemergingones.
• Interfacingwithcontractors,vendorsandin-houseoperations.
• Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions.
• Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture.

Requirements

• Minimum15years’experienceinselling,estimating,andmanaging multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineeringplus10years’ construction project experience; or in lieu of degree, 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects, plus 10 years as a Project Manager required.
• Provenrecordofsuccessfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred.
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods,required.
• Musthaveprovenexperiencemanaging100k+man-hourprojects.
• Provenexperiencewithheavypowerdistributionsystems,instrumentation installation,andprocesscontrolandsystemintegration,required.
• ThoroughappliedknowledgeofprojectQA/QCproceduresandsystemturnover.
• Abilitytodemonstrateahighlevelofcompetencyinlabor,material,andcontractmanagement.
• Competencyinearned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors.
• Provenabilitytocompleteadetailed take-off and all required estimating for electrical projects.
• Relevantexperienceinelectricalsubcontractingisamust.

Benefits

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$135,000-$200,000annually.
