Elite Dental Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing, multi-doctor private practice.We are looking for a professional, dependable, and proactive RDA who takes pride in their clinical skills, anticipates the needs of the doctor and team, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and turn over operatories
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care
- Maintain infection-control and sterilization standards
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDA registration
- 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Excellent attendance, organization, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Open Dental experience preferred
Experience with implants, Invisalign, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic, or restorative dentistry is a plus.
