Customer Service Representative

We are a family owned independent insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, client inquiries and service requests
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns for clients
• Document and update client records based on interactions
• Assist agency management and team members with clerical and administrative duties
• NO COLD CALLING OR PROSPECTING
• THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
