Compensation & Bonus Opportunities- $36,000 annual base salary(paid bi-weekly)
- Monthly performance bonusesbased on vehicles sold
- 32+ unit accelerator bonus
- Salesperson of the Month awards($1,500 / $1,000)
- Golden Eagle profit bonuseson high-profit deals
- Annual longevity bonus($25 per vehicle sold)
Responsibilities- Sell and deliverFORD/CJDRvehicleswhile providing an excellent customer experience
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
- Attend required sales meetings, training, andFORD/CJDROEM product courses
- Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Meet dealership andOEM CSI standards
Performance Expectations- Consistent vehicle sales production
- Maintain a rolling average of10 vehicles per month
- Meet or exceedOEM CSI standardsto qualify for bonuses
Qualifications- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to complete requiredFORD/CJDROEM training
- Valid driver’s license required
