Your work may include:

  • Water extraction and structural drying
  • Setting up and monitoring professional drying equipment
  • Fire, smoke, and mold remediation
  • Controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials
  • Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas
  • Building containment and protecting unaffected areas
  • Moisture readings, photos, and job documentation
  • Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining equipment

  • Communicating professionally with customers and team members

We'll provide the training and processes. We're looking for someone willing to learn them and take pride in doing the job correctly.

  • Enjoy hands-on, physical work
  • Like solving problems and learning new skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Take care of tools, vehicles, and equipment

Construction, maintenance, moving, warehouse, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, military, automotive, or other hands-on experience can translate well to restoration.

IICRC and OSHA certifications are a plus, but not required.

Pay & Benefits
  • Starting pay of at least $18/hour
  • Higher starting pay available based on experience and certifications
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Performance bonus opportunities
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Company-provided training
  • Opportunities to earn industry certifications

Schedule

Property damage doesn't always happen during normal business hours, so restoration requires some schedule flexibility.

This is a full-time position, and overtime is common. Our technicians typically have opportunities to work approximately 45–50 hours per week, with additional hours possible during busy periods and major loss events.

Team members also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

For someone who wants the opportunity to work, earn overtime, and build a career, that can be a major advantage of the restoration industry.
