Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a DedicatedMachine Operatorfor a company based in Lewisville, Texas.TheMachine Operatorwill be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery usedin the production and fabrication of components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
Pay Rate:
$18 to $20 based on experience.
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday6am to 4:30pm
Machine OperatorDuties and Responsibilities:
•Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles.
•Operate a variety of engineering machinery such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasmacleaners, optical alignment systems, and functional test sets.
•Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal performance.
•Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
•Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
•Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
Machine OperatorRequirements and Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•2 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing or engineering role.
•Ability to read technical documents blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
•Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability toperform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
•Solid understanding of safety procedures and standard operating practices.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
•Ability to maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
