Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated, outgoing
Account Manager to join Cody Garrison - State Farm Agent in Granbury. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and help them choose insurance products that protect what matters most.
Licensing (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) is required to perform this role. If you have experience in sales, customer service, account management, banking, retail, or another customer-facing role and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Sales & Customer Focus: Prior sales experience and a successful track record of meeting goals preferred, with an interest in insurance and financial products.
- Communication & Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting information and building relationships with potential customers.
- Licensing: Must be willing and able to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
