We're hiring aMaster Electricianto lead crews and oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise teams of journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on residential and commercial job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple electrical projects by managing schedules, materials, manpower, and daily field operations
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, panels, service upgrades, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications to support installations, troubleshooting, and code compliance
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, and inspectors while coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes
- Mentor and train electricians and apprentices, maintain accurate job documentation, and promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Requirements:
- ActiveTexas Master Electrician Licenserequired
- Minimum of5+ years of experienceas a licensed electrician with proven leadership or crew supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of theNational Electrical Code (NEC)and residential/commercial electrical systems, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safetyandquality
- Ability tolift upto 50 pounds, travel between job sites, and work in varying environments; valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportationrequired
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is aplus
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- Full Time
- Flexible schedule preferred; some early starts/overtime as project needs require
PayRate:
- $45+per hourBOE (competitive, commensurate with experience andlicensure)
- Quarterly performance reviews with opportunitiesforbonuses and additional compensation programs
