As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Avir at Camp Wood, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing bedside assessments, and developing individualized care plans
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Document patient information accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and customer service
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior experience in a long-term care or similar setting
