Locatelli’s, a family-owned, full-service neighborhood favorite since 2003, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team, with the potential to develop into the General Manager or Manging Partner! We’re searching for someone who can lead by example, inspire a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and support staff to create a positive, efficient work environment
• Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Engage with every guest and ensure top-notch service
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: Oversee food presentation, cleanliness, and daily operations
• Manage Operations: Handle cash, monitor labor costs, and help control food cost
• Community Focus: Represent Locatelli’s in the local community with outreach and sponsorships

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant management or shift lead experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around kitchen equipment and various temperatures
