Job Summary:

NuChoice Health Partners, a leading home care agency serving Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Venango, and Crawford Counties in Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare and cook meals, as needed
• Provide medication reminders and adhere to medication schedules
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with mobility exercises and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
• Document tasks completed and time in and out

Needed Skills:

• Basic Housekeeping
• Cooking
• Bathing patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different healthcare settings
