We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide in-home and community support for a young adult male in East Stroudsburg. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
Schedule:Monday to Friday:
Morning Shift: 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Position Requirements:
Experience with behavioral health or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with morning routine and evening support
Supporting community safety and supervision
Assisting with personal care, including showering and safety with water temperature
Providing meal supervision and reminders for safe eating
Encouraging communication skills and independence
Supporting emotional and behavioral health needs
The individual is working toward increasing independence and communication skills. Patience, attentiveness, and a calm, supportive approach are essential.
