immediate need for a
Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
Benefits- Listed pay of $65k - $85k is base salary, eligible for additional monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities- Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
- Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
- Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
Requirements- No degree or certification is needed.
- Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years preferred.
- Strong personal sales track record.
- Willing to follow our proven sales system.
