Account Manager

Description:

Blue Dot is a growing manufacturer and distributor of safes and we are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to help maintain and serve the Blue Dot customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the company's sales team to achieve quotas while keeping customers satisfied.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for strategic planning and growth within the assigned customer base aligned with company core objectives.
• Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the customer needs are understood and satisfied.
