Native Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Bilingual Community Health Worker to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Passion for helping others and serving the community
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable conducting outreach, health education, and patient navigation
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in community outreach, healthcare, or social services preferred
