Warehouse Associate

Openwork is hiring Warehouse Associates for a local company in South Charlotte, North Carolina. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term warehouse job with the potential for permanent employment, we encourage you to apply.

Both first-shift and second-shift warehouse positions are available. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

• Pay: $14.00$18.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: Begins at 7:00 AM

• 2nd Shift: Begins at 6:30 PM

• Location: South Charlotte, NC

• Employment Type: Long-term assignment

• Box, package, and prepare products for shipment

• Fold and prepare packaging materials

• Complete and finalize outgoing shipments

• Assist with warehouse shipping and receiving duties

• Organize products, supplies, and warehouse materials

• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

• Follow written instructions, company procedures, and safety guidelines

• Perform repetitive warehouse and packaging tasks as assigned

• Ability to read and write

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable and consistent attendance

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to complete repetitive warehouse tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this warehouse position. The company uses an attendance point system, so associates must report to work consistently and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

This is a long-term warehouse opportunitynot a short-term assignment. Warehouse Associates who demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, quality work, and a strong work ethic may be considered for permanent hire by the company.
