Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day:

• Oversee daily operations during your shift to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle company policies, delegating tasks, and ensuring all staff are performing at their best.
• Assist with inventory management and uphold quality standards.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

We’re searching for someone with a passion for leadership and a knack for problem-solving. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to keep the team on track.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenges calmly and efficiently.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
