This is a permanent, year-round positionwith opportunities to grow as our business grows. Unlike many retail positions, you'll often be the primary person running the store during your shift. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and keeping the store operating smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll always have the support of management and your team, but we trust our employees to take initiative and confidently manage their responsibilities.

What You'll Do

As our Store Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring the store runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Assisting customers with product questions and recommendations
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
• Restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
• Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Promoting current sales, loyalty programs, and featured products
• Taking ownership of the store during your shift by completing daily tasks and maintaining high standards throughout the day

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Enjoys working independently and is self-motivated
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Can prioritize tasks and stay productive without constant supervision
• Has a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Learns quickly and is comfortable using a POS system
• Can accurately handle cash and perform basic math
• Has strong communication skills
• Retail experience is a plus but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Availability

Our busiest business days are Sunday and Monday, soreliable availability is essentialfor this position. We are seeking someone who can consistently work scheduled shifts and be dependable during our peak business hours. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to the scheduled work schedule are key requirements of this role.

The store is closed on Saturdays, and employees may choose one additional day off based on their preference and availability.
