Job Responsibilities

  • You will maintain a safe and clean job site - interior and exterior (sweeping/vacuuming, rubbish removal, gardening & weed removal)
  • You will Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs as your role will include landscaping/moving rocks
  • You will get to operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types
  • You may be asked to Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints.
  • You may be asked to Dig pits/trenches and back-fill when necessary.
  • You may be asked to work closely with and learn from specialty crew (Carpenters, Painters, HVAC Mechanic, Landscapers and other trades)

Required:

  • YOU MUST have one or more years of experience in construction.
  • YOU MUST be Fluent in ENGLISH
  • YOU MUST have your own reliable transportation to/from work site in Chatham. NJ (No bus/train)

Base Paybased on experience/skill level, Weekly direct deposit Pay Cycle with Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave)

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • 8am Start time with standard 8-hour workdays (No weekends)
