Barberton Tree Service has been a trusted, family-owned and operated company for over 55 years! We are located in Barberton, OH, with only one centralized location.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills daily. As aForeman, you will be responsible for leading your crew safely, efficiently, and effectively from start to finish on each job, while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Ability to prune and remove trees in limited drop zones.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional climbing experience.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Working knowledge of tree care equipment.
• Consistent use of proper PPE and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:$29.00 – $35.00 per hour

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Climbing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (Class A CDL preferred)
