What You’ll Learn

As a Management Trainee, you will work alongside experienced leaders while learning how to:

• Communicate with customers and identify their needs
• Dealing with contracts and financing companies
• Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Participate in recruiting
• Train, motivate, and support team members
• Track individual and team performance
• Assist with daily office and sales operations
• Set goals and help the team achieve its targets
• Prepare for future leadership and management responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in person at our Merrillville location
• Availability for a full-time schedule
