What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role like Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef
• Proven success managing a $2M+ sales volume restaurant
• Expertise in menu development and food cost management
• Sanitation License and Food Handlers Certificate
• A knack for recruiting, training, and developing top-notch kitchen staff

• Oversee both restaurant and kitchen operations, from scheduling to inventory management
• Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and sanitation
• Lead the hiring, training, and development of a stellar kitchen team

• Act as a Key Holder, managing kitchen openings and closings
