Experienced Server – Established Full-Service Restaurant

An established, locally owned restaurant in the Southtowns area is seeking an experienced server to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is best suited for an experienced server who can step into a busy section, stay organized, and provide excellent service without needing extensive training on the basics of serving.

• Previous full-service serving experience required
• Comfortable handling a busy section
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with guests
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume service
• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
• Evening and weekend availability
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient guest service
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Maintain awareness of multiple tables throughout service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other team members
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining room

About the Position

This is a tipped serving position at a busy, established restaurant with a strong existing customer base. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, works well as part of a team, and understands the pace and expectations of a high-volume restaurant.
