Advance CNC Machining is looking for an experiencedCMM Programmer who understands that quality starts with accurate, thoughtful measurement.

We're looking for someone who isconscientious, independent, highly detail-oriented, and knowledgeablesomeone who doesn't simply program a machine and accept the results but understands what the results mean and takes ownership of getting it right.

What You'll Do

As our CMM Programmer, you'll take ownership of the quality of your work and be trusted to get the details right.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop andoptimizehighquality CMM programs usingZEISS Calypsosoftware(for aZEISSContura CMM 10/12/6 RDS with Vast XXT and aZEISSContura CMM 7/10/6 with Vast XT Gold)
• Proof CMM programs andmake necessary adjustments
• Inspection planning,including ballooning drawings
• Interpret and analyzeCMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications
• Supporttroubleshooting and validation activitiesto achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently
• Collaboratewith Quality and Production teams tomake and measure parts correctly the first time
• Provide insights and recommendations to improveaccuracy, repeatability,andefficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $90,000 salary, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours

The right CMM Programmer will understand CMM programming, notice things others might miss, and stand behind your work.

The skills needed:

• 3+ years ofhandsonCalypso programming experience(required)
• Strong ability to read and interpretblueprints and GD&T
• Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principlesand applications
• Competitive programming times
• Excellent communication andproblemsolvingskills
• CMM inspection experience with curve forms, maximum material condition, and advanced GD&T(preferred, notrequired)
• Familiarity with machining, especially4- and 5-axis milling(preferred, notrequired)
